We will file with all insurances. If your insurance is not on this list, please contact our billing department for more information. In the case that we are not in network with your insurance company, there are options for establishing our practice in network with your insurance company. Patients are asked to call their insurance company and request they send (by fax or mail) a credentialing agreement that can be accepted or denied by our practice to establish networking.

Medicaid Policy

It is our policy that patients whom have applied for Medicaid/Arkids and are awaiting an ID number, are required to fill out a Medicaid Pending Form (as a Word Doc) and provide us with one of the following before being seen: a voided check, a copy of a credit card and/or a driver license.
We expect the patient to follow-up on the progress of their medical coverage and provide us with that information as soon as they receive it.
In the event that Central Arkansas Pediatrics has not received any medical coverage information two months from the child’s first visit at our clinic, the balance becomes the patient’s full responsibility. The patient will be required to pay a minimum of 20% of their balance when they come in for future visits.
Current, accepted Medicaid plans include: ARKids A and B, Medicaid.
